The current promotion on offer form ETX Capital, is by far the best for those people that are new the world of online trading.  It is worth £250, and is easily accessible as you are not required to place large trades to receive it.  All you have to do is place five trades after opening your account and if it is not in credit after ten working days, ETX will refund your loss up to £250.  This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of CFD trading while limiting the risks of it.

Platform

ETX Capital’s trading platform is available from your web browser as well as iphone mobile phones.  The browser version is cutting edge and provides a wide range of instruments, free advanced charting and up to date market news.  It is very stable so you shouldn’t have any problems when opening or closing contracts and it is also easy to navigate which is good news for those that have never used CFD trading services before.

Mobile App

Not only does ETX offer browser based trading but it also has a mobile trading facility too.  The mobile app is available for the iphone and offers many of the features that you can get on your computer or tablet.

Education

Perhaps the best thing about ETX is the training and educational package it offers its clients.  It offers advanced courses brought to you from an independent, external company that would otherwise cost you £500.  It also provides some really helpful webinars and live seminars that are brought to you from Liverpool Street, London.  Once you are registered with ETX you can book into the seminars by visiting the ETX website.

Customer Services

ETX offers telephone support for trading 24 hours a day from Sunday (21:30) right through to Friday (21:15).  Customer services is also open for most of the week in case you have any problems with your account.  We have been dealing with ETX over the phone for years now and have never experienced any serious issues with them.

Summary

ETX Capital is one of our favourite CFD and spread betting providers and has improved immensely over the last few years.  Its trading platform is now on par with the best on the market, the training on offer is second to none and it also offers a great introductory offer worth £250.  We would though like to see mobile betting introduced onto more platforms as it is only available currently on the iphone.
